The Cup Final Treatment
The cup final is just around the corner and it is the day three football fans from an urban estate of Manchester have been waiting a long time for. James, Alyx and Adam have watched their local go all the way to the final, and they have tickets to watch them play.
They meet up the night the before to sort out where and when they will meet up the next day. With everything sorted it should all go well if they meet up on time. Suddenly, everything goes wrong.
When the three boys wake up in the morning something goes wrong for all of them. For James, his alarm doesn’t go off for the time he set it, so when he wakes up he is in a big rush to be ready at the meeting point on time. For Alyx when he wakes up, he discovers he has no clean underwear in his drawer, so he has to do some last minute washing and ironing . For Adam he gets everything ready and looks like he is going to be on time, until he loses his ticket and he is running all around his house to find it . Suddenly all three boys are in a massive rush because they don’t want to be late for the big final.
Eventually they all meet up slightly later than planned but just enough time to catch the bus which takes them to the stadium. Everything looks like it is working out well, however disaster strikes again. The bus they are due to catch is extremely late. This means they will have to get the stadium by foot. On their journey they come up against a massive problem. They turn a corner and there is a huge group of opposition fans. The three boys are massively outnumbered and there looks like no escape as the other fans start attacking them. Then the police come to the rescue. So they think. When the policeman arrive, the opposition fans run then the police stop the boys to ask them questions, which is wasting more time but they eventually convince him to let them go. Will there be any more obstacles on the way? Will they get to the match on time on a day where everything goes wrong?
The Cup Final is a comedy series of events of which no football fan should ever experience.
